Working Wednesday picture post

Since my Wednesdays consist pretty much of work, work and more work, this will be a short and sweet picture post.

Breakfast:

I actually ate the muffins half frozen.  I really like pastries and sweet cakes/bars when they are frozen or really, really cold.  They always taste better to me that way, for some reason!

Mid-morning snack:

Lunch:

Butternut squash soup

kashi crackers

Mid-afternoon snack  (yes, I’m sorry to say that I ate all 5 in the course of the afternoon…)

Munched on while making dinner:

And dinner.  A whole-wheat tortilla wrap with quinoa, cheese, smoked oysters, and red peppers.  Delicious!

Dessert was yogurt with my last two “Fool Yourself” cookies.  Too bad, so sad.
